The Peele seeks to stand out from the rest by remaining independent from large Academy Chains. Our intention is to retain our unique identity and remain an integral part of the local community and avoid becoming a small part of a faceless corporate. We offer an innovative and personalised curriculum that seeks to equip our students with the necessary skills and social awareness to enable them to become confident, responsible young citizens prepared for life in the 21st century.

We wish to appoint inspirational and well-qualified individuals who want to make a difference. You will be joining a small, excellent college with enthusiastic students, eager to be challenged through innovative and dynamic teaching.
